Hotel Location and Reservations:
The hotel for the 1st Annual CODI/HUG Conference is the Rosen Plaza Hotel, in Orlando, Florida. The Rosen Plaza is located at 9700 International Drive, Orlando, Florida 32819 (map link) The conference hotel is always a good place to stay when attending the CODI/HUG conference. The lobby, the bar, and hallways become places where dynamic exchanges take place. To assure yourself a room at the conference hotel, make your reservations early. To place your reservations by phone, dial 1-800-627-8258. To use the online reservations form, please read the following instructions:
Hotel website reservation process:
If you are trying to plan your expenses, be sure to read the message that explain the 11% tax and 1% service charge which will be added to your bill. This is important because on the NEXT screen, only base room costs are included. Taxes are not included in the subtotal shown on this screen, but WILL be included and charged when you pay your bill.Also, it is important to know that your credit card is only used to guarantee the first night. No amount is actually charged to your card at the time you place this reservation.

- You are an "Attendee". Your Attendee Code is 4033. After entering
the code, click on the Attendee Login button.
- This will bring up the CODI/HUG Joint Conference reservation page.
- Follow the directions on the screens.
Room Rates:
Conference rates for a single-occupancy, double room are $139/night plus 12% tax. Double+ occupancy is slightly more-- see the online registration form, or call for more information. Please be aware that the hotel charges 11% tax plus 1% service charge for lodging.
Air Travel and Car Rental
Air travel:
A contract has been set up through the Delta Meeting Network® discounted travel to the CODI conference. You may use your own travel agent or go through Delta's Convention Reservations Desk and obtain the discounted travel. Click here for details.
Car rental:
A reduced rate on car rental is available to CODI/HUG attendees from Avis. To access this rate, call the Avis Meetings Reservations Desk -- 1(800)331-1600 -- and register using the Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number J866396. You can also go to the Avis website, select meetings services and refer to the above discount number.
Airport Shuttle:
There will be no complimentary shuttle service. ^Please print the coupon, below, to receive a discuont on shuttle service.
Parking:
Hotel parking is complimentary.
