The Customers of Dynix, Inc.(CODI) is an organization of users that have signed contractual agreements with the SirsiDynix Corporation. CODI held its first meeting in 1982 and was incorporated as a non-profit organization in the state of Utah in 1996.  The Customers of Dynix, Inc. (CODI) web site is a communications forum created by CODI for the customers of SirsiDynix, the world’s leading supplier of library automation systems.  This site was created and is maintained by CODI, a membership organization independent of SirsiDynix. No legal status exits between CODI and the SirsiDynix Corporation.
