To register for the November 7-9, 2007 CODI Conference at the Westin Convention Center in Pittsburgh, PA with a credit card you must be a paid CODI member. Online form If you need to pay with a check please fill out this form and send appropriate payment by mail.
Online registration will be accepted until October 30, 2007 at midnight EST.
Registration onsite begins Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at 4:00 p.m.
