The Hilton Minneapolis.

As of today, the Hilton Minneapolis has limited availability for the conference beginning Tuesday, October 4, 2005 at noon. If you are arriving on Monday, November 7th - you may still be able to secure a room at the Hilton.

For anyone who cannot obtain a room at the Hilton, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Doubletree Guest Suites which is a block and a half away (short blocks they say). The rate is the same; $135 for a King room, $135 for a Double/Double. Please call the following number for reservations:

Registration Policy

Registrations must be received before October 3, 2005 in order to be eligible for the early bird price of $295 (a savings of $130). All registrations received on or after October 3, 2005 will be charged at the regular price of $425.

Please read the registration form carefully. Refunds of registration fees will be made after the conference as long as CODI is notified of the cancellation in writing before October 3, 2005. No refunds will be given after October 3, 2005. A $10.00 processing fee will apply for all registration cancellations.

In order to register as a CODI member, the year 2005 membership dues must be paid at the time of registration. If you have any questions regarding your membership, please contact Frances Orton at 801-226-6054 or email Frances at f.orton@att.net.

Method of Payment

Registration payments must follow the instructions found on this website. Payments will NOT be received by the CODI treasurer.

All payment must be done via credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. There is NO additional credit card fee.

If you are registering additional attendees from your organization using the same credit card you may register them by going to the Additional Attendee(s) from your Organizationtab on the registration page.
